Standard ShippingGaugesandGadgets.com uses FedEx, UPS, and U.S.P.S. to ship its products to you, our valued customers. Packages under 140 lbs. and that meet certain size requirements can be shipped via FedEx, UPS and U.S.P.S. It is important to choose Business or Residential delivery correctly. We will try to ship by the most economical means, taking into consideration delivery time.
Alaska and Hawaii customers must ship by air freight and need to call for a shipping quote. The customer will be held responsible for additional charges if chosen incorrectly. Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with GaugesandGadgets.com within 3 business days of delivery. Claims filed after that time may not be honored.
Should your items arrive damaged, it is important that you refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged.
Shipping Time: We make every attempt to process and ship your order the same day it is received. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. When ordering by phone, our sales staff will give an estimate on when you should receive your order. If you have a "RUSH" order give us a call and we will explain the possibilities. Any special shipping instructions such as AIR SHIPMENTS or extra services will be quoted at current rates.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and your location. To get a shipping quote or to place your order by phone just give us a call at 480-751-9500 and we will gladly calculate and quote the shipping charges for your order. When ordering online, simply place the items you wish to order in the shopping cart and use our convenient Shipping Estimator to view the cost for shipping. Smaller products are shipped via U.S.P.S., the majority of products are shipped via FedEx.
Shipping PromotionsAt times GaugesandGadgets.com may offer shipping promotions. These promotions are limited to items below 140 lbs., and which meet certain size and packaging specifications. Items that cannot be shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or U.S.P.S do not qualify for these promotions. Freight & Truck Line shipments are not Ground shipping.
GaugesandGadgets.com stocks some larger, heavier tools and accessories. Some of these items are large, heavy and/or bulky. These include items such as Engine Stands and Cherry Pickers, and the like. These items may not be able to be shipped via regular ground methods such as FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or U.S.P.S and will require a Freight or Truck delivery. All Free shipping promotions only apply to items that can be shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or U.S.P.S and not by Freight or LTL methods.
Truck Line Deliveries, Large Items & Residential AddressesTruck carriers charge additional fees for delivering to residential addresses. This is in part due to the necessity of loading shipments to smaller trucks that are better able to navigate residential locations. Delivery is to the base of your driveway or off of the truck's lift gate. The customer is responsible for moving the product from that point. GaugesandGadgets.com is not responsible for delivery if the product cannot be unloaded from the truck. GaugesandGadgets.com cannot be responsible for refunds of this freight, and the customer will be responsible for any fees necessary for a 2nd delivery attempt. We will make every attempt to advise you if this looks like it may be a problem. We handle very few products which cannot be shipped by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or U.S.P.S.
NoticeAll items on this website are subject to the restriction of large, heavy or bulky items. All Free Freight promotions have this limitation. While we attempt to be accurate at all times, we may discover due to size or weight constraints that we cannot effectively ship product via regular ground transportation and Freight Delivery may be necessary. This will prevent Free Shipping. Some items may also require freight shipment due to damage or packaging concerns.
Email addresses are protected and not shared with any outside agency. We occasionally do send out email campaigns to our customers in order to notify you of special sales and promotions that we are running. You may always opt out of these by notifying us via email.
Return PolicyWe accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order. Your order must be in good condition, and be in the original packaging. There may be restocking fees for special orders or for a damaged/unpackaged product. Freight is not refundable.
When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at that time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us - and we will assist you in replacing your order. It is important to note, that you must notify us within 3 business days of any damage from delivery.

TimeframeWe ask that you please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund or reshipment to process. If you need an immediate replacement we can bill via the original pay method and credit you upon receipt of the product.
Orders PolicyGaugesandGadgets.com reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason.
Special OrdersSpecial order items indicated on the website take additional time to order and ship. Special order items that are returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
GaugesandGadgets.com 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with a product when it arrives, contact us for an RA# within 10 days for a refund or exchange. Please call 480-751-9500 or email for an RA#. On some products, manufacturer’s warranties apply. We suggest that you insure the return for your protection.
